Ultimate Omelet
This delicious omelet is a meal in itself! This breakfast creation is great for any meal of the day. Cooks quickly and easily, and sure to be a favorite.
7 eggs
1/3 cup diced green peppers
1/2 cup cubed ham or bacon
1/3 cup dicen onions
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup vegetable oil
Mix together all ingredients except cheese until frothy. Heat oil in skillet until medium high, then pour egg batter so that it circles the pan. Allow it to cook for about 1 minute, then sprinkle cheese over top and fold in half. Cook on both sides for an additional minute or two until done. Remove and serve.
