On-the-go Turkey Sandwich
This twist on the typical turkey sandwich introduces a healthy bread with good carbs and substitutes light cream cheese instead of high calorie mayonnaise.
2 slices multigrain bread
light cream cheese
lettuce
sliced tomato
fat free sliced turkey breat
balsamic vinegar
Spread a layer of light cream cheese on bread. Stack veggies and turkey. Add a little balsamic vinegar for added zest. Press together and go!
