Tuna, avocado, black bean Salad
A zesty bean salad that is a tasty treat and can fill you up while staying healthy and fresh!
1 can light chunk tuna, drained
1 can vegetarian black beans
1/2 cup diced onions
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
2 Tbs lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Mix ingredients well and chill for an hour before serving. Can be served on a bed of lettuce. Garnish with parsley and freshly ground black pepper.
