4 fresh tuna steaks
3/4 cup light soy sauce
1 Tbs black pepper
1/3 cup minced dried onion
2 tsp fresh crushed garlic or garlic paste
1 Tbs lemon juice
3 Tbs olive oil

Create a marinade with soy sauce, pepper, onion, garlic, and lemon uice. Mix together ingredients with a fork and allow tuna to marinate for at least an hour (up to 4 hours).
