Sausage and Ricotta Stuffed Peppers

A great meal or appetizer. Unique flavors make this a delicious treat. Quick and easy to prepare! A real Italian pleaser!


two large green bell peppers
1 1/2 cups skim ricotta cheese
2 tsp shredded parmesan cheese
1 can diced tomatoes
1/2 cup finely diced kielbasa sausage


Preheat oven to 400°. Cut the tops off of the peppers and spoon out the inside to make room for stuffing. Mix together remaining ingredients and stuff into peppers. Back for ten to fifteen minutes or until the turns golden brown.


Serves 2
