Oven-Roasted Asparagus

This delicious recipe creates a veggie dish that the whole family will be craving again and agin! Flavorful and healthy, this is a perfect compliment to meats, fish, chicken, and more!


1 bunch asparagus
1/3 cup finely chopped red pepper
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 cup parmesan cheese


Lay asparagus flat in a glass or aluminum oven-ready dish. Preheat oven to 450°. Drizzle olive oil over the asparagus, then sprinkle pepper and cheese. Bake for 10-15 minutes. You can broil the dish for an additional 1-2 minutes.


Serves approximately 4
