Gingered Lamb Chops

A great carb-free option for those that love lamb. Delicately flavored with a light oriental taste. Excellent with a green salad with Greek dressing. Can also be topped with a little feta for an extra twist.


4 lamb chops
4 tsp ginger paste
4 tsp light soy sauce
4 tsp dried minced onion
salt and pepper to taste


Coat each side of lamb chops with 1/2 tsp each of ginger paste, soy sauce, and minced onion. Add salt and pepper and rub seasoning into the meat. Complete on both sides and set aside for at least twenty minutes. Set oven to broil. Place in aluminum pan and broil 4 minutes on each side.


Serves 2
