Couscous with Pecans and Asparagus
Couscous is a healthy grain that can often be substituted for rice. This delicious recipe allows you to choose your favorite flavor, then crunch it up with pecans and add some asparagus. Delicious!
1 box couscous, any flavor, prepared
1/2 cup halved pecans
1/2 cup asparagus tips
1 Tbs butter
Sauté asparagus and pecans in a little butter at medium high heat. Add couscous and sauteé an additional minute or two. Serve!
