Quick Chicken Pasta Salad

Easy to make and delicious to eat! A great side or quick lunch. Pack it up to take to work or school.


7 ounces cooked and chilled rotini pasta
1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 can chicken (pre-cooked available near tuna fish in supermarkets)
1/4 cup sliced chives
1/4 cup thinly sliced celery


Mix all ingredients except pasta together until it blends into a nice spread. Add pasta and mix together. Chill and serve!
Alternatively, instead of canned chicken, bake a chicken breast and slice into small pieces.
