Type in the number of hours for each category to equal 24 hours.
Category 1: Sleeping; resting in bed
Category 2: Sitting; eating; writing; etc.
Category 3: Light activity while standing (washing, shaving, combing hair, cooking)
Category 4: Slow walking; driving; dressing; showering
Category 5: Light manual work (floor sweeping, window washing, driving a truck, painting, waiting on tables, nursing chores, house chores, teaching, electrical work, walking at a moderate pace, etc.)
Category 6: Leisure activities and sports in a recreational environment (baseball, golf, volleyball, canoeing or rowing, archery, bowling, slow cycling, table tennis, etc.)
Category 7: Manual work at a moderate pace (mining, carpentry, house building, snow shoveling, loading and unloading goods, etc.)
Category 8: Leisure and sport activities of higher intensity, but not competitive (canoeing, bicycling at less than 19 mph, dancing, skiing, badminton, gymnastics, moderate paced swimming, tennis, brisk wakling, etc.)
Category 9: Intense manual work, high-intensity sport activities or sport competition (tree cutting, carrying heavy loads, jogging and running faster than 12 minutes per mile, racquetball, swimming, cross-country skiing, mountain biking, etc.)
