Lose Water Weight

Many weight loss solutions that promise unrealistically quick weight loss are probably causing you to lose water weight. Instead of losing the fat cells that are the true root of obesity and and which negatively affect your health, you are losing weight that will inevitably come back. If you are seeking a true weight loss solution or dietary plan, keep in mind that there is no shortcut to extremely fast results. Be careful not to just lose water weight and make sure not to dehydrate yourself.

This being said, some people tend to hold more water than others and need to lose water weight. While it is simply water, it can cause a bloated look and keep you from looking as svelte as you would like. To combat this, people take such unhealthy measures as taking laxatives or intentionally dehydrating themselves. Not only are these medically adverse and uncomfortable options, they are also temporary solutions to a permanent problem.

Drug stores and pharmacies now sell actual pills that will help you lose or dramatically reduce water weight retention, especially effective for women that are menstruating. Women tend to retain much more water during certain times of their monthly cycle. These are much better solutions that have undergone clinical testing and have been approved by the FDA before being offered to you for a specific purpose.

If you are trying to avoid weight loss through the loss of water weight then avoid fad diets and work on a steady diet and exercise routine that will achieve genuine results.
