Grapefruit Diet
If you are looking for a short term diet plan that has very few negative effects on the body, the Grapefruit Diet may be the one for you!
• A grapefruit and coffee for breakfast
• A grapefruit, an egg, some salad, and a piece of toast for lunch
• A grapefruit, 2 eggs, a tomato, and some coffee for lunch
At first glance, the grapefruit diet does not look that restrictive. As far as diets go, the menu does not look that unappetizing. But, what about a few days from now or a week? The restricted menu of the grapefruit diet seems to be the only downside of this program. The foods allowed in the grapefruit diet are low in fat and high in vitamins. |
